Korean Homemade Food by Sup
This interesting looking food is called Jajang-myun in Korean. Fermented black bean sauce is the key ingredient of this meal. This sauce has been originally and widely used in China, and then it has been even more frequently used to make Jajang-myun in Korea than that is in China.

- Potato starch
- Olive oil
